1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BuildingPro, operated by CC Admont Services Ltd (Registration No. HE486794, Nicosia, Cyprus) ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuildingPro is a building and property management platform that provides tools for:

• Managing common building expenses
• Tracking service and maintenance requests
• Communicating with building residents and managers
• Storing and organizing building documents
• Conducting polls and votes on building matters
• Processing payments for common charges

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using BuildingPro, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious content or harmful code
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Fees and Payment

Our current pricing is EUR 1 per unit per month. Payments are due according to the billing cycle selected. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CC Admont Services Ltd (trading as BuildingPro) and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload.

7. Data Protection

We handle your data in accordance with our and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Privacy Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Cyprus, where CC Admont Services Ltd (HE486794) is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by local law.
